ANUVARNA maintains a strict quality review process before dispatching every order. Refund requests are reviewed only after return verification and approval under the applicable policy conditions.

Refunds are not automatically generated after delivery or return requests. Every request goes through inspection and approval.

Refunds may be approved only under the following situations:

i] Damaged product received
ii] Incorrect product delivered
iii] Approved return request after inspection
iv] Order cancelled before shipment dispatch

Refund approval depends on successful product verification by the support and warehouse team.

b] Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be approved for:

i] Minor color variation due to screen display differences
ii] Delay caused by courier operations
iii] Incorrect size selected by customer
iv] Used or washed garments
v] Missing original tags or packaging
vi] Products purchased during final clearance sale

Fashion garments may appear slightly different under studio lighting and natural lighting conditions.

c] Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Bank processing timelines may vary depending on payment method and financial institution.

d] Refund Method

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash On Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

e] Order Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled before shipment dispatch may qualify for full refund processing.

Orders already shipped may not qualify for cancellation based refunds.

f] Failed Transaction Situations

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers are advised to wait for automatic banking reversal processing.

Most failed transaction reversals are completed within standard banking timelines.

g] Refund Approval Rights
